Can I get a refund on my deposit?

No, however you can sell, trade or transfer your spot to someone. All rides have limited spots and rides are closed when those numbers are met.

No, we collect information on your RV upon booking and coordinate the booking with the size of your rig. If you have a friend or family member you want to camp near please inform us of that information upon booking and in your travel form under "special requests". We will do our best to accommodate these requests but cannot guarantee campground placement. 

Many of our campsites are remote and facilities cannot be found outside of 60 miles. We do our best to inform you of your needs before every trip but please don't count on eating at a restaurant for the entirety of your trip. 

Please bring enough fuel with you for the duration of our trip unless otherwise informed. Many of our trips are to remote areas with no place to purchase fuel during your stay. Also, you should at minimum carry a spare tire, belt and basic tools with you. Our lead and sweep vehicles are equipped with many tools for breakdowns. You must have in car race-radio communications to participate in our tours.
